Witchduck Woods Condominiums, a multi-family development, is located between Independence Boulevard and Virginia Beach Boulevard on Witchduck Road, about a mile from Town Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Sales began in early 2004 and the development was sold out by early 2006. Davenport Mgmt Co. re-zoned, developed, constructed, and marketed this project in a joint venture with McQ Builders.
