The Reserve At Great Neck, a custom home development, is located on North Great Neck Road, just south of Frank W. Cox High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Sales began in 1999 and the development sold out in 2002. The Reserve At Great Neck was awarded both Most Outstanding Residential Project of the Year and Most Outstanding Environmental Project of the Year by the City of Virginia Beach Planning Commission. Davenport Mgmt Co re-zoned, developed, managed and marketed this project with Thomas J. Decker, Jr.
