Dock Landing Pointe, a custom home development, is located just off Interstate 664 on the southside of Dock Landing Road in Chesapeake, Virginia. Sales began in 2002 and the development was sold out by late 2004. Davenport Mgmt Co. developed, managed and marketed this project with Polly Decker and Jon Decker.
