Dock Landing Meadows is located just off Interstate 664 on the north side of Dock Landing Road in Chesapeake, Virginia. Davenport Land Co. developed, managed and marketed lots in this community with McQ Builders and Affordable Homes. Sales began in 2001 and the development sold out in 2003.
