Birdneck Villas, a multifamily development located on General Booth Boulevard, one mile from the Virginia Beach oceanfront and resort area. Sales began in late 1996 and the development sold out in 1999. Davenport Management Company re-zoned, developed, managed and marketed this project with McQ Builders.
